As you probably noticed from our site, our firm can handle any of your requirements, whether they be Commercial, Luxury, Residential, Agricultural, or Management, Business, or Capital related. We do it all! DFL Group really is a full-service, white-glove company, built for our clients and to provide a more personal, professional, and premium service for the Market & Industry at large. Our Story

We started out working out of the US Bank Tower, in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. We initially began our current comprehensive list of services with just one service... Commercial Real Estate & Business Valuation. We did this nationwide, and in every Asset Class. In our time here, we worked on properties from $800k multifamily complexes to as high as $300m blocks of Downtown.
Then, in November of 2019, we started building our operations in Oklahoma, particularly in the Tulsa area. We began establishing our Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management presence and furthermore developed skills which we perfected over the years, including Capital Brokering, Project Management, Luxury Sales, Commercial Sales & Leasing, & Business Brokerage. We continued our LA operations for a bit more while we transitioned to these new Industries.
Finally, right in the middle of Covid, we completely removed ourselves from the LA Market & the Valuation Industry entirely. We further established our new Office in Oklahoma, just outside of Tulsa, and continued growing our operations there.
After years of growth, our operations expanded and perfected into what they are today. Now, our comprehensive, white-glove services include Commercial Brokerage, Luxury Representation, Residential Agency, Agricultural Sales, Property & Project Management & Leasing, Business Brokerage & M&A Services, & Capital Raising/GP Deal Sponsorship Operations.
